How Buyers Hear About Your Property


In order to sell your home as quickly as possible, part of our job as your real estate company is to “get the word out” that it is for sale. We do this by placing information & pictures of your home on our website & in our online magazine, by putting a sign in your yard, and through print advertising and open houses. Additionally, we place your home on the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service where over 3,000 area Realtors will have access to the information.  Buyers most commonly start their search online and then contact a real estate agent.
